Without him, the Rainsavers would be a group of very strong, very smart people wandering in circles.

One of the coolest things about Jungle Dart is that he doesn't just know the jungle; he is the jungle. He has an almost intuitive connection to the wildlife. I’m not talking about talking to animals like a cartoon: it’s deeper than that. It’s about respect and observation.

In Book One: Primal Awakening, we see him move with the stealth of a jaguar and the agility of a spider monkey. He uses a traditional blowgun with pinpoint accuracy, but he’s not out there to be a "superhero." He’s a protector. He uses his skills to disable threats without necessarily destroying the environment he loves.

His knowledge of flora and fauna is also what keeps the team alive. When Primal gets injured or Dr. Mubari needs a specific rare plant for a life-saving serum, José is the one who knows exactly which leaf can stop a fever or which vine provides clean water. He’s basically a walking, talking encyclopedia of Amazonian survival.

Every team has its "vibe," right? You’ve got the leader, the brain, the tech expert, and the powerhouse. But Jungle Dart is the one who holds them all together.

He’s playful, he’s quick with a joke, and he reminds the team what they’re actually fighting for: a future where kids can just be kids in a healthy world.

Being an expert tracker doesn't mean you're perfect! I managed to snag a page from the Rainsavers' digital log that José definitely didn't want me to see. Even the master of the jungle has his off days!
